How does the process of renting table linen work?
Simply select the table linen you need – in the right size, colour and quantity – and submit a rental enquiry through our website or add the items directly to your cart. We handle delivery to your event, and afterwards our team collects everything and takes care of cleaning.
How far in advance should I rent table linen?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 months before your event to secure your preferred colours and sizes.
What colours are available?
Our tablecloths, table runners and napkins are available in over 30 colours – from classic white to contemporary shades like blush and sage green.
Can I receive fabric samples before ordering?
Yes, we can send you samples on request so you can check colours and fabrics in advance. Tip: if you only need a colour reference rather than a full table mock-up, we recommend ordering a napkin in your desired colour as a sample – it is more cost-effective than a tablecloth, and the fabric is identical.
How does the return of rented table linen work?
After your event, simply place the unwashed linen in the laundry boxes provided and send everything back using the enclosed return label – we take care of the cleaning.
Is delivery available across Europe?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe directly to your chosen address. Delivery and collection costs are displayed transparently in your cart. Please contact us for a tailored quote including return shipping.
Why don't you offer polyester tablecloths for rent?
We have made a conscious decision against polyester because sustainability and quality are inseparable for us. Polyester places a burden on the environment during production and disposal, is not biodegradable, and feels less pleasant compared to natural materials – especially at upscale events where aesthetics and tactile quality matter. Over 95% of our table linen is made from natural fibres, predominantly linen and cotton.
What happens if the rented table linen gets stained or damaged?
Normal soiling such as drink stains is included in our service – we understand that things happen at events. For irreparable damage or heavy soiling such as wax or burn marks, additional charges may apply. Full details can be found in our rental terms and conditions.
Can I have table linen personalised?
Yes, through the Magnolias on Silk STUDIO we offer custom printing and embroidery on tablecloths, napkins and cushions – particularly popular for weddings, corporate events and personalised gifts. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
